Hatha yoga for beginners focuses on gentle postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to improve flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.
Please bring along your own yoga mat, water bottle and towel. If you have any previous or current injuries, kindly seek medical advice to ensure this activity is suitable for you.
